Since our services are customized and delivered digitally, we do not offer physical product returns.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the project has not yet been started.

  • If a cancellation request is made within 24–48 hours of initial payment and work has not begun.

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email with complete project details.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Once the project has commenced and resources have been allocated.

  • After delivery of completed or partially completed work.

  • For domain registrations, hosting services, third-party software, or licensing fees.

  • For digital marketing or SEO services once the campaign has started.

  • Due to client delays, change of mind, or lack of communication.


4. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects divided into milestones:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • If a project is terminated mid-way, payment for completed work will be retained, and remaining unpaid milestones will be canceled.


5. Revision & Issue Resolution

We prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any service:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will review the concern and offer revisions as per the agreed scope of work.

  • Minor revisions are typically included as part of our service agreement.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and additional administrative fees.


7. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

  • Transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.


8. Changes to This Policy
